New book: "Public Law of Reforestation" ed. Nomiki Bibliothiki, 2022 

We would like to inform you that the new legal book by P. Galanis, "Public Law of Reforestation", will soon be published by Law Library.

Fruit of the author's long-term engagement at legal and academic level with the issues of Forestry Law and Reforestation, it examines reforestation holistically, not only at the level of the Constitution and the common legislature, but also jurisprudence, economics of environment, international and EU law and as a vehicle to stop climate change.
